| Nice Software easy to install. However the software is not a true 32 bit application. We have heard of data corruptions with the Btrieve database. The system has some nice features but lacks the complete follow through on the functions. For instance the system allows for reoccurring payables but requires the user to use a post feature which goes against the idea of having them reoccurring. Many medium sized property management companies use Yardi. | |||
